Advanced Pilates Exercises on ALL Apparatus: This exciting 2-day workshop is specifically designed for those working with athletes, dancers, and advanced Pilates practitioners who require an additional strength and neuro-muscular challenge from their workout. A pre-requisite for this workshop is completion of ALL of the PIA Pilates equipment workshops, passing grades an all tests and at least 12 months of teaching experience.
This workshop is only offered once per year in Florida. Testing (practical & theory) on the material is administered electronically during the 6 months following the workshop.
