This course allows a student with Pilates training from an organization other then PIA to participate fully in an equipment based live workshop by bridging the gap of knowledge from teacher training programs offered by other schools. Since safety is one of PIA's main concerns this manual explains the PIA principles of classical Pilates and the basic concepts of mat-based movement philosophy.
